Acceptable returns should be under ONLY two conditions:
- Shipping / Process Error: We will accept returns that are shipping/processing errors at the fault of us (such as sending the wrong item,) we will accept the item back for a correct replacement or credits. We ONLY accept returns of an unopened item that is in original shrink wrap and in brand-new, resellable condition. If above criteria is met, we will also cover original shipping and returning fee.
- Defects / Damage: If a new item purchased at CDBANQ is defective due to an manufacturer
error, we will then replace that item with another copy. If there is not
another copy, we will offer a credit for the cost
of the item towards next purchase. Our
shipping and handling charges for original shipment will not be refunded under any
circumstances.
