Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order status is still marked as "NEW" from My Account page (usually during first few hours after the order is placed,) you may cancel your order. To cancel your order, please send your cancellation request through Customer Service Department by referencing the order number.
Please note that once your order status is marked as "PROCESSING" or "SHIPPED" from your personal My Account page, we're NOT able to cancel your order. So please make sure that you cancel your order when the status is still marked as "NEW" (usually during first few hours after the order is placed.)
