Returns

In all cases, possible returns should be discussed first with CDBANQ before any action is taken. Returns must be authorized with Returns Department before they are sent to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Acceptable returns should be under ONLY two conditions:
  1. Shipping / Process Error: We will accept returns that are shipping/processing errors at the fault of us (such as sending the wrong item,) we will accept the item back for a correct replacement or credits. We ONLY accept returns of an unopened item that is in original shrink wrap and in brand-new, resellable condition. If above criteria is met, we will also cover original shipping and returning fee.
  2. Defects / Damage: If a new item purchased at CDBANQ is defective due to an manufacturer error, we will then replace that item with another copy. If there is not another copy, we will offer a credit for the cost of the item towards next purchase. Our shipping and handling charges for original shipment will not be refunded under any circumstances.
