 To reward our customers, Reward Points Program offered by us comes with the highest value compared with other merchants in the market. It's about 3.3% rebate off your order amount and could sometimes go up to 5-10% through our promotional campaigns. In short, you can redeem US$10 for every 3000 points you earned and the calculation will be done automatically.
By purchasing each product, you will automatically earn the Reward Points (number of points will be displayed on each product page). When you accumulate the points, you will be able to redeem Gift Certificate (US$5, US$10, US$15, US$20, US$50, US$100) through your personal "My Account" page.
As soon as the redemption process is completed, the system will automatically generate Gift Certificate Code to you via email and you shall be able to use that particular code to offset the order amount during the checkout page (Apply Coupon > Go.)

order. However, the order amount will be held and reserved off your
credit limit for authorization. Actual billing will be conducted when
we are about to ship out your order later on. To be compliant with PCI, we do NOT store your card information in any place and you have to submit your card information every time when you place the order with us. All transactions are securely processed within PCI-compliant encryption environment and no one is able to view your payment information. If you pay it online, your card information will be simultaneously deleted as soon as the charge is completed.
- PayPal: We also accept PayPal, where you can use your credit card (Visa, Master, American Express, Discover), bank account and balance to pay your order. We're a PayPal certified business account holder and your orders will be processed directly and securely by PayPal (look for "https" in the address/URL window.) Please note that except for PayPal and yourself, we will NOT be able to see or store your credit card/payment information in anyway. By paying via PayPal, your purchase will be covered by PayPal's Buyer Protection Program.

CDBANQ.com does NOT accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks at this stage. However, you're welcome to send us e-check via PayPal and please allow up to 10 business days to clear your payment before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received.

Depending on the availability, most orders ship within 3-5 days (some items from smaller labels may take more than 7 days to collect; pre-orders will usually ship prior to or upon release date.)
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by CDBANQ.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Recently, Customs Offices in certain European countries (Italy, France, Germany in particular) have imposed a new clearance procedure for all goods being imported to E.U. and this may delay the delivery schedule. Because of the new procedure, it may take up to 4 weeks for some Italian buyers to receive the item even Registered Airmail is being used. If you would like to get it faster, it is recommended for Italian buyers to use EMS, which will guarantee a faster and safer shipping (3-6 days to arrive.) |

* Airmail is only available for single order containing 1 item. It requires NO signature and comes WITHOUT tracking. It takes 7-21 days to arrive.
* Registered Airmail requires signature and is traceable at USPS website once it's in USA. It takes 5-14 days to arrive. (There may be delay in displaying the status at USPS website for certain states in USA.)
* EMS Express Airmail requires signature and comes with online status tracking plus insurance. It takes 3-6 days to arrive.

If you are an international customer, your order may be subject to duties when it arrives in your country. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting these charges, as they differ from country to country. These charges are a matter between you and your government, and you are responsible for them, since you are a citizen of your country, and are importing the goods yourself. Further information on this matter may be attained from your local customs office.
You should also be aware that some local customs offices may charge a "handling fee" in addition to the duties. Any postage price you pay us covers the full cost of shipping the goods to you. However, if there are customs problems, we have heard of cases in which handling fees are assessed, and then billed onto the customer. Again, we have no control over these, and the matter is between you and your government.

In all cases, possible returns should be discussed first with CDBANQ
before any action is taken. Returns must be authorized with Returns Department
before they are sent to us. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Please note that it is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return
shipping costs.
Acceptable returns should be under ONLY two conditions:
- Shipping/Process Error: We will accept returns that are shipping/processing errors at the fault of CDBANQ (such as sending the wrong item), we will accept the item back for a corect replacement or credits. We ONLY accept returns of an unopened item that is in original shrink wrap and in brand-new, resellable condition.
- Defects/Damage: If a new item purchased at CDBANQ is defective due to an manufacturer
error, we will then replace that item with another copy. If there is not
another copy, we will offer a credit for the cost
of the item minus 20% restocking fee towards next purchase. Our
shipping and handling charges will not be refunded under any
circumstances. We will not accept returns for any used item as the condition is already specified clearly upfront.

For a multiple product order, CDBANQ.com will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Occasionally, we may split your order and make separate shipments due to longer fulfillment time for some particular items. You will not be charged with extra shipping fee and all shipments will still be made through Registered Airmail (Small Packet.)
If for any reason, your ordered items becomes unavailable from all suppliers after you have paid, we will notify you by email immediately to cancel/remove the particular item(s) off your order. We will refund the amount for unavailable item plus applicable shipping charges to your credit card or PayPal account right away.
