Can I cancel my order?

Unlike labels in most countries, Japanese media labels don't accept cancellation at all. So we will only accept order cancellation under two circumstances:

1) NEW ORDER As long as your order status is still marked as "NEW" from My Account page (usually during first few hours after the order is placed,) you may cancel your order. To cancel your order, please send your cancellation request through Customer Service Department by referencing the order number.

Please note that once your order status is marked as "FULFILLMENT" or "SHIPPED" from your personal My Account page, we're NOT able to cancel your order. So please make sure that you cancel your order when the status is still marked as "NEW" (usually during first few hours after the order is placed.)

2) POSTPONED (DELAYED) ORDER You may also cancel order that is marked as "POSTPONED" from My Account page. To cancel your order, please send your cancellation request through Customer Service Department by referencing the order number.

Status message for unshipped orders 7 business days after the order is placed will be automatically converted into "POSTPONED."  These orders are usually associated with low-stock or out-of-stock items and it takes longer than usual to ship out. So we also accept cancellation for order in which the status is shown as "POSTPONED."
